Where we ship
We currently ship merchandise to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $50 or more. Standard shipping is $5.99 below that threshold. Any available delivery charge is shown before an order is placed.
Processing and transit
Processing and delivery estimates shown during checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends, holidays, carrier conditions, and order review may affect timing.
Address changes
Review the shipping address before placing an order. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins, but we will review a request received before shipment.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, it is associated with the order after shipment. Carrier tracking is the record used to determine delivery for returns and delivery inquiries.
Delays
If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will send a delay notice and offer the legally required choice to accept the revised date or receive a refund.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking does not update, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact customer care promptly with the order number and any useful photographs. We will review the carrier record and available remedies.
